Each scale will slightly differ in each university of different provinces or territories in Canada. But Normally it will start from 0.0 GPA which means an F grade, which will be lowest score and it will go till 4.0 GPA which will be the highest score which is A.

GPA, Credits, and Credit Hours in Canada
